Bodhi of the Day

So far today we have:

Worn firefly wings on the swingset
Played on the playground and wandered the aisles (Bodhi WALKED the whole time!) at Central Market
Accepted and lost a free balloon
Ridden a stuffed dog/pony with a pillow/saddle on its back
Made mac and cheese
Eaten a popsicle
...and there is more to come!

Bodhi of the Day

We had a rather lengthy conversation today, during which two things came up:

"The flying bird dinosaur is my favorite dinosaur."

"Ah! That is called a pterodactyl. Can you say 'pterodactyl'?"

"Pterodactyl."

AND

(looking at a cartoon drawing of an alien and his spaceship)

"That's an alien and his spaceship."

pause.

"That's me! I'm an alien." (pronounced "aweeeewen".)

And then a long description of his spaceship, his friend the purple monster who was coming here from the spaceship, whose name is Kosho. Then he scooted over in the big chair and said "Kosho is going to sit here. He is my friend."


The good news is that the spaceship has two seats and Bodhi will take me on it.
